We are a manufacturer and distributor of automotive and motorcycle chemicals in Russia, and we are currently seeking a new supplier for motor oils.

Please confirm that you offer contract manufacturing and private-label bottling services for motor oils.
Product Catalog and Specifications:
Please provide your current product catalog available for order (including synthetic, semi-synthetic, and mineral oils, various viscosity grades, and API/ACEA approvals, etc.)
Production Terms:
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for the initial run and for subsequent orders.
Available packaging options (1L, 4L, 5L cans, drums, etc.).
Terms for supply of containers and labels (do you offer turnkey packaging solutions, or is separate procurement of containers required?).
Availability of a container/catalog of packaging options.
Commercial Terms:
Estimated prices for key items based on the minimum order quantity.
Reference List:
If it does not violate your confidentiality policy, we would appreciate a list of companies or brands for which you currently provide contract manufacturing services. This will help us better assess the scale and profile of your projects.
Additionally, we are interested in obtaining product samples for internal testing and laboratory analysis.
